The time has come for Tom to retire and pass along the baton, or in his case, the pizza paddle. Tom has poured his heart and soul into his high quality homemade pizzas. His unique recipes have won him national acclaim as well as the support of the local community. Tom has always infused his passion into his food. He loved the family environment that he felt in Pizza Junction both with his customers and his wonderful employees. It was a difficult decision for him to close his store, but forty years is a long time and he wants to enjoy a little of life outside of PJ’s. After seeking out the right type of individuals that would continue his legacy, we have connected with two individuals that will be re-opening Pizza Junction and keeping the recipes and family environment that we have come to enjoy. Unfortunately, the plastic cards can only be redeemed by calling Sherry at 716-692-6366, or just waiting until the restaurant reopens and redeeming them then. The pizzas ordered online are three-quarter baked, frozen, and vacuum sealed to retain freshness until you’re ready to use them. They are rectangular with dimensions of 9.5” by 12” (great for freezer stacking) and will maintain their integrity for a good year providing the opportunity to alleviate that 2am craving.
